No warranty on punching mistakes
ImpactPlate is a permanent metal backup. If you punch the wrong letters or mark the plate incorrectly, that damage is not covered by a warranty.
Goodwill replacements are not guaranteed
If something went wrong during setup, write to us through the contact form. If we have stock available, we may be able to offer a discount on another unit, but that is not guaranteed.
Returns
Returns are possible, but you cover the shipping cost.
